Rwanda-Singapore Implementation Agreement
Article 6 of the Paris Agreement | Signed: 6th May 2025
Rwanda has signed MoUs with Singapore under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, and on 6th May 2025 Rwanda and Singapore signed an Article 6 Implementation Agreement. The overall objective is to establish a bilateral framework for authorization of mitigation activities and transfer of ITMOs in line with Article 6.
